In reading your comment, my first impression is that you may have not waited long enough for your product to arrive. My second impression is that it seems strange for you to think that I could have any idea why it has yet to arrive, as I am completely unaffiliated with the site. The owner of the service has severe health problems, and his family takes over for him when he is undergoing chemotherapy - they post about this on the site, and seem to make a good effort to communicate clearly with their customers. I'm surprised to hear of them listed with a 'rip off website' - and wonder if that has more to do with the quality of video picture than service itself, because I've never had a problem.
