Easy Spring craft from the other day.
It was pretty good tracing and cutting practice. I made a shamrock template out of cereal box cardboard and it was Bee’s job to trace it and cut out the shapes. I did a couple of them, too – and we added two small ones for variety. Then we glued the shapes to a green string.
Rocket Science it ain’t – but when we do one thing like this three or four times a week, it makes for some good memories, decorations and time well spent together. We take a lot of pleasure in marking and commemorating seasons and holidays – we stay more in tune with the year this way.
